Since we started operating over 7 years ago, not only has our team grown, but our range of services has too. Starting out with a focus on providing Paraplanning support to advisers, we listened to feedback and comments from our clients telling us how else we could help to make their lives a little easier. With that in mind we are now working towards building a full support system to help you, with us now providing platform due diligence and support with centralised investment propositions to a large number of clients, and expanding our administration team to take on a fuller part of the process.
We fully understand how tricky and time consuming it is trying to liaise with providers to get letters of authority applied and full information sent out on existing plans. I speak to many advisers who send off the LOA’s but then find that chasing the information falls to the bottom of their priority list meaning cases take longer; this is one area we can help with. The Para-Sols admin team deals with providers all day every day (lucky them!), so if you need the data gathering doing on your cases, let us help. It’s all included within your case cost and we will request all information provided to be sent out in writing to go in your file.
But our admin support doesn’t stop there; we’ve had an increasing number of enquiries over the past year for help with annual reviews and valuations which we now support a number of clients with on a monthly basis. This helps them to deliver the ongoing service they are promising their clients, without taking up a huge amount of resource, enabling them to continue to focus on new client acquisition also. In our experience every adviser is different in the way they like to review their clients, which means we can make this bespoke to each firm.
