Smarty Pants

The last 18 months have been tough for everyone, so we’re super proud of our team for not only powering through the immense workload, but also continuing to push on with their personal development. So, we’re excited to be celebrating:

Twenty two exams passed, three diplomas achieved, two AF7s, one chartered status, but no partridge in a pear tree as yet…

Rach not only got her Advanced Diploma, but also made Chartered status! High fives all round for her.

We had an exam pass outside the realms of the CII too. Our investment guru Ali has completed his CFA Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing – enjoy that hardcopy certificate for your efforts Ali! Finally, big-up to Dan Drummond, our resident paraplanner who has completed a Master’s degree, those middle of the night exam sittings were worth it!

Beyond exams, we have 10 new members of staff which are a mix of parapartners and future paraplanners. They have been through the ringer and completed 3 months of intense training and are ready to be unleashed on real life cases. The initial feedback has all been excellent and we’re very confident they’ll make a huge impact.

There are many more exams scheduled for the New Year, and we can’t wait to see what success 2022 brings for the team!
