As you probably expect, our most popular element is the report portion of the process, so it’s no surprise that we’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our approach to these. They come in three formats; word reports, interactive reports, and your preferred style. 

Each of our report types is tailored and fully branded to your company, and offer their own advantages when presenting to your client.

Word reports.

We can use our own, engaging and informative templates, fully branded to your company and including your personal report preferences (so you can tweak at your end, to your heart’s content). Or, use your own templates, whichever you prefer.

Interactive reports.

Our innovative, market leading approach to reports include videos, hyperlinks and animated content. Our interactive reports are fully branded to your company and are a much more immersive and visual way to present to your client.

Your preferred style.

We can work with you using your preferred report writing method. The fully branded reports will be tailored to your own software and templates. For example, for our network clients, we use the IO report writing software.

Plus all of our paraplanners and administrators are available at the end of the phone to chat through any cases you have and to act as a sounding board for any unusual scenarios.

Some firms use us for all of these and some use us for just a part of the process. We aim to work around you, not the other way around. Use us as you need us, but our fixed case costs mean the more you use us for, the more efficient it is for you. It makes good business sense after all.

We’ve built a business model where you can select as much or as little support as you require; all fully remote, secure, client focused, with fixed, transparent fees.

Virtual Paraplanning.

Our standard paraplanning service involves you meeting with your client, uploading the case to our system, and us working on it for you, before you go back out to see your client. Which works well…

…however, the 2020 lockdown caused us to look at how this might change the way financial services works in future. Many advisers are continuing to ‘meet’ with their client online and so we realised, we could just as easily ‘attend’ the meeting. And so, our Virtual Paraplanning service was created. This is an adhoc service available to our members, and we can support you however much you need.

We have in house Associate Paraplanners, who are fully trained on client liaison, and attending the meeting as if part of your internal team.

Rachael has been great; having her involved in my meetings has made my life so much easier - she has been involved in 4 this week alone! Knowing that the meeting notes are being taken and immediately followed up on has given me back so much valuable time to focus on the client meetings.
